Import not properly adding count or value of items

I'm just testing this product to see if it will work for me and I've already found a bug. I can duplicate it with different results each time. I'm importing 9 cards. Only 6 are recognizable by the database, but that doesn't seem to matter. If I import all 9, I get a total count of 3 for my collection. If I import just the 6 that can be recognized and imported, it showed that I had 5 in my collection. If I import just the first 5, the count was 3 for my collection. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. Below are my test imports. I currently have 0 count and 0 value in my collection.

Thank you. I've checked and the totals are correct now. Is a revalue and recount something that happens periodically or is it something that needs to be requested? I plan on importing a large collection of cards. Speaking of that, is there any way to import a quantity of a card for duplicates? If not, can this be added to the import? A .csv import function that mirrors most of the fields in your .csv export would be ideal.

The value listed is 11.40 and there is no combination of values to make that number. Additionally, the count is now 4 and there are 5 cards in the collection. From what I can gather, this only happens when importing cards into the collection.

Sorry for any problem. I've asked servers to revalue and recount everything. That should be done by the time you get this, but sometimes takes longer on really big collections. Sorry for any inconvenience.
