"Complete Sets" that are Incomplete & Marking Sets as "Complete"

A) can their be an indication on the set page if a set is marked as "complete".  Numerous times I have tried to add a card only to be frustrated.

B) Can their be an easier way re-open "complete" sets I often run into refractors/parallels that are not included. Most recent example is 2023 topps chrome UEFA club Future Stars Autograph and Club Autograph

Thank you for your help. Is this the best way to go about this in the future? Just in case, many more cards to go through.

Email to sales@vgpc.com is best.  I answer those the fastest.

Please let me know what is missing and the set and we can work to add it.

We block some additions to sets to protect the data.  The sets are finished to the best of our knowledge so we lock them to prevent users from adding incorrect data.  Sometimes there are some missing cards though but we need to verify it first.

I found a set that isn't complete but is flagged as complete when I try to add missing cards to it. I get the line "You can't add items to this set. The list is already complete. Please find the correct set for this item or search for it again."

I've told the data guy to add all of those variant cards to that set.  When we are missing all the variants for a set, we prefer to add them in bulk so we can standardize the names and print runs instead of having them added individually.

Please email if you ever see a set that is incomplete and we can add all the cards pretty quickly and save you some time.

Thanks for the quick response.

Any way we can have something on the set page stating. "This set is considered complete" in bold or something along those lines just so a person doesn't try to add a card when they won't be able to, or people know to flag it to you.
