Addition refractor drop down tab
Instead of the searches showing each variation, why not It show base card, then a drop tab that lists all the variations with a picture for example

Probably because that's more clicks, and thus more cumbersome for you and the backend I/O, than it currently is.
You're also already looking through the list of variants on the one screen. Why make it so you have to click to see the menu of variants to look through?
