Ability to manually add cards not in database in collection
When a card can’t be found, it would be helpful to be able to add the card manually to make sure you can add your whole collection.

All users can earn that privilege by using the site for a while and on a regular basis. We do that to make sure users understand the naming conventions on the site and how to make sure their cards aren't already on the site.
Is there a set time until one becomes a contributor, What is a while?
I can't share the exact time, but most users who access the site on a regular basis will get the status after about a month.
