I just subscribed to the $6/mo; $72/yr rate. Can’t even download prices. To get that apparently I have to spend a whopping $49/mo; $588/yr! What???  You seriously need several intermediate levels. As a private collector, I would NEVER consider spending $588 /yr. I don’t care how much data you throw at me. That ridiculous amount is so out of line and so not worth it. I will use the seriously limited come on $6/mo rate for a month or so, then I’m gone. Never to return..

Thank you for your feedback.  Sorry the download files were not included in the tier you paid for.  The download feature is one meant for Retailers only.  That tier has a lot of other features in it meant specifically for Retail stores.  

I will consider your feedback to have multiple tiers in between though for future additions to the site.  Thank you

So it doesn't have a feature you would like at the price you're willing to pay? I'm sure sci would be happy to charge you more along with a scaled tier rate with fewer features. They don't even have a free option. Most complainers haven't even been here a month so they missed the fun times of entering every card manually and having features that were buggy.

I hate for these guys to lose business, but it will spare everyone else your histrionics here on the forums
