There are a number of cards that will not come up in your search engine. I have typed out full player names, card sets, dates, card number, and your search will either give me 0 results, or it will give me 100 upper deck Ivan Rodriguez baseball cards when I ask for Fleer Ultra Scottie Pippen! Incredibly frustrating after the 27th time.. I quit
What year are you specifically looking for? Do you have the card number?
If I go to the basketball dropdown menu, then go to "Ultra," I can type in the year of the set into the search bar labeled "Find a specific Ultra Basketball set" then click on that year from the search results that populate underneath. From there, sort by card number and then type in the card number.
Sometimes, from the main search bar, it seems easiest to only type in the player name and card number. Using the search term "Ultra Scottie Pippen," I get 35 results. Let us know if this helps you out. If not, one of the admins may be more helpful, but this is only going off of the limited information from your post.

Sorry for any frustration.
It is best to do player name and card number only. Then you can search again to filter results more if there are still too many results.
For example:
Scottie Pippen #20
I can then add a search by year if desired to limit the results even more.
