Move wishlist item into collection.
If there is, I haven't found it. Maybe an option easily to move items in your wish list into your collection?

I found an easy way for me, without typing and searching in the description, to move a card from wishlist to collection. Just go to the specific card in your wishlist, then push "See Historic Prices", then you'll have the buttons to remove from wishlist and add to collection. Guess that will do.
