Card Listing - Pending Until Verified

Couldn't find anything on this - sorry if answered before.

I am trying to list a card for sale.  The listing has been "Pending until verified" for the past 9 days. What should I do to get "verified?"

I have a new account as of 9 days ago.  I have a Paypal Business account linked.  Is it because it is a new account? Do I just have to be patient and wait?
