Ungraded value consider condition ?
I'm confused about the "ungraded value". Does it assume a specific condition? Specifically, I am searching for the value of ungraded 1966 Topps Rub Offs Mickey Mantle. You show a value of $ 48.43. So does condition affect this value or does your algorithm just consider ebay sales regardless of condition? Sold prices on ebay show a considerable difference based on condition for 1966 rub offs, especially with regards to centering.
Ungraded is any card that has not been submitted to a grading company and received a specific number grade from them and placed into a plastic slab. Yes, some ungraded items are worth more than others based on condition. That is why lots of people only deal in graded cards, the condition is standardized. We lump all of the ungraded sales into one sales history and calculate the value based on all of those ungraded sales.
