Improved grading options

I know there are a few different postings with individual or similar requests, but I'm hoping that this newer, consolidated request helps to push these up the priority list.

When tracking graded cards I think there are several major updates that are needed:

1. Change "What Grade" to just include just the grade score. Having a combination of just scores and higher scores with limited grading companies is unnecessary. It's understandable that unique items like pristine and black may still need to be kept.

2. Expand subgrade options under "What Grade"

3. Expand the companies to select available under "Grading Company"

4. Include similar fields for autograph grades and verification companies. If this complicates the ability to do pricing lookups that's fine, just have a note that states this.
