Account access issues. Password reset problems

I am totally frustrated with your website. I have had multiple problems gaining access to my account. when i try to login in doesn't recognize my email address of password. When I try to reset my password and say that i have forgotten my password i get a code for a nes password. when igo back to login with that new code pasword it still says it doesn't recognize that password. after several tries it locks me out because i 've made too many unsuccessful attempts to get into the acount s i can change my password.

i have spent numerous hours over the last few days entering information about more than 1300 baseball cards i have in my collection and now i can't get access to my account so i can retrieve that infirmation.
