Random Inconsistent Captialization

I've only seen this once and I noticed it in an export file. Somehow "Basketball Cards 2020 / Panini Prizm Sensational Swatches / Joe harris #SSW-JHA", id=5790913 has been entered "Joe harris" (lowercase last name). Slightly confusingly/amusingly, it gets displayed differently in two places on the following page, though I think that's due to CSS rules.
