Add Image info/indicator to Export

Add either or a combination of these:

• the first url for the global and your image, or blank
• an indicator (yes/no, "X"/blank, etc) for both the global and your image

Basically, just a way to tell whether a card has an image or not. This allows more easily finding cards that need images. My current solution for that is this script, then going back with images and viewing the list to update using this script (which this doesn't fix; would require a filter in the web UI, obviously).
