Add to Collection option

When adding new cards, would it be possible to put an option (maybe checkbox) where you can select "Add to Collection" before submitting the new card?  Most of the time when I'm entering cards I'm adding it my collection.  Occasionally, I'm adding other card variations so I wouldn't want it to automatically add to collection but it would be nice if it was an option.
