Add CGC grading
I've been using CGC grading for my cards and they continually look and feel the best.

We support CGC already. We have their 10 and 10 Pristine price points listed separately and we track their sales data separately for those price points too.

All 9 and below grades are lumped together for all grading companies we support (PSA, BGS, CGC, and SGC)
