Add Card Boss as a grading company option

I think Card Boss is a good new upcoming service and worth adding as a card grading service option, and anything else that goes with that. Even for people that use it as a “pre-grade” option this would be helpful. 

Even better if we could grade with Card Boss, perhaps in a new category for electronic grading, and then grade with PSA/BGS/etc and see both grades for comparison purposes later.
