Search by name in the buying\offers section
As of now searching for a specific player that you want to purchase does not exist. You have to sort by name and scroll. This is time consuming and I think that feature would be fairly easy to implement with a huge improvement on buying.
You can search in that section.

You can then filter the results to only instock items if you want too.
You can get to that search option by visiting "Market" > "Buy Sports Cards" from the menu.
