Something ain't right

I don't see how I got a -2 on the my selling of my cards when I am the one who got burnt by a scamming individual from this app he acted like he wanted to purchase a card which I sent to him view certified mail to have proof of him receiving the card plus 2 extras I threw in yet he cancelled the payment signed for the package and didn't even have the honesty to send the cards back real life POS .. I would love to put that person's profile on blast but I won't but have proof which I sent by email to someone from the apps administration and pretty much nothing was done i was out $60 the crazy part was that PayPal said this individual had done the same thing on multiple occasions n all that info was passed along to who I thought was proper channel on the app so I don't see " how I'm the one with a negative score ?"
