PSA Qualifiers

Wanted to see if it could be a development consideration to add PSA Qualifiers (OC, MC, etc) as a drop down selection for better pricing. I've read that qualifiers drop the value by a full grade as a rule of thumb, but it seems to be highly debated. This is obviously most prevalent in older card sets (wax pack era and before), but I think it would be very helpful if it's realistic.
