Provide premium content for Active data contributors - Incentivize user base to improve quality and volume of data

There are lots of pieces of information missing in the tool.   Pictures of cards, whole sets missing from database, etc.   If you added an incentive for good quality data to be added to the database, the data would improve and the user experience would be improved as well.  My suggestion would be to provide "Active"  contributors with a free Premium level (for a year) collectors account.   This could be tied to number of pictures added, new cards added, etc.    The more expansive your content data, the more attractive it is for new users.
