Right now we add a missing item, then have to wait for a few days for the item to then show up on the set list before we can add the item to our collection. Let us add the missing item and also indicate the quantity that we have so that we do not have to search for them later.
Upon trying to add new item for listing and collection, the add feature keeps displaying "set is required" when everything in the box is accurate as show in the instructions. This I convincingly believe is due to the reason that there are sets not listed or "missing" already being provided in the drop down lists.
With this said, users cannot add any new items not listed on the site.

The set needs to be chosen from the list of sets in the drop down. You cannot add items to a set without the set being added first. Only admin can add a missing set at this time. We do this to ensure database accuracy and naming convention accuracy.
When you add an item, choose the "Add With Details" option. Then you can choose the quantity and grade and other fields. You can do this right when you add the item instead of needing to wait until you see the item in your full collection list.
