Ability to add multiple cards to website database at once

(This post pertains to editor/contributor features only, not the website as a whole.)

Adding cards to the database is a long process when it comes to sets that are nearly empty on the site.

I have added thousands of cards individually at this point and the process seems like it can be sped up especially when there are other databases (such as TradingCardDatabase.com) that already have complete entries for entire sets. The current method of adding cards is extremely time consuming and repetitive. This website relies on user input to build it's library, and it also relies on the passing of time to scrape eBay sales to build an approximate for each card, so the faster more cards are added to the database the better the website will be.

Some features I think could help speed up the process could be an "Add card" tab for the set you are currently viewing on the website. This reduce the need to keep typing in the same information over and over.

A dropdown menu in the "Edit" tab for parallels that have already been entered in for a set could be very useful. For example, I add a card that is a [Gold] parallel, now when I go to add another card I could click on a dropdown to the right of the player name that shows the top parallels already seen in the set, with an "Add parallel" option.

Another thing is that I come across a lot of misspelled player names on the site, this is a simple fix but for some reason editors are not allowed to make changes to player names. I email the web master occasionally with a list of cards to fix, but this seems a bit like dumping the problem on one guy that probably already has his hands full. I do understand that the ability to change player names could be big problem if the wrong kind of person had that ability, but there should be a way to gain the permission or access to help smooth out these minor issues on the site.
