Missing cards from sets or special cards
I've notice a lot of a lot of mini sets or special sets may have a few cards list but not each card from the set, i.e.

There is should be a way to add cards to the database. I have cards 16, 14, 12, 11, 9.....that right there would allow me to add 5 missing components for others to find
Users can earn contributor privileges and then add any missing cards to existing sets.

If you use the site on a regular basis, you can earn that status in a little more than a month. We do that to make sure only users who understand the database and naming conventions and who are invested some in the site can contribute. This limits malicious or incorrect entries.
