Add support for international characters in bulk upload (acute, grave, tilde, etc)

The most common accents are the acute (é), grave (è), circumflex (â, î or ô), tilde (ñ), umlaut and dieresis (ü or ï – the same symbol is used for two different purposes), and cedilla (ç).

Players like Acuña and a LOT of Soccer player cards cannot be found in bulk upload.  Maybe convert and found characters from the input data to normal characters as an easy patch?
