Ability to 'Follow Card' or 'Follow Set/Group'

Looking to track and have similar to 'follow' feature for individual cards or at a group level weather its a custom group or mfgr collection/set. This could allow for notifications on changes to card, group, or mfgr collecton/set, etc.
