Missing Insert Set

Hi jj, I was going to add a new card to the site when I found a missing insert set. 

It was called 2005 Danbury Mint 22kt Gold Boston Red Sox 2004 World Series Champions set.

Also at the bottom of the form It was missing the Danbury set for the card.

If you could add this that would be great!
