Trade Option for Inventory

I would like to request a "Traded" status option for inventory items. In the sports card hobby, many cards are not sold outright but are instead traded. Currently, when a card is traded, it remains in inventory with no accurate way to mark its disposition. The available options, such as "Sold" or "Removed," do not accurately reflect what happened to the card.

Adding a "Traded" status would provide several benefits:

1. Maintain accurate inventory records without deleting the card.

2. Improve tracking for tax and IRS recordkeeping purposes by documenting where investments were transferred.

3. Allow collectors to track the long-term market performance of cards they traded away.

4 .Provide a way to evaluate trade decisions over time by comparing current market values to the value at the time of the trade.

5. Preserve collection history and transaction data for better portfolio analysis.

For many collectors, inventory management is about more than just buying and selling. A dedicated "Traded" status would make recordkeeping more accurate and add valuable insight into the overall performance of a collection.
