Subscription Tier that is specific to API access?

I would love a new subscription tier which is < $50/month just for API access to card & value database! Am developing my own web app so don't need all of the rest of the features therefore $50/month is too much for just the database access itself. Would gain a new monthly paying subscriber in me!
