Add ability to change what grade grading recommendations are measured against

I think it would be really useful to be able to change the reference for grading recommendations. I have a fair number of 1950s cards and they dominate my grading recommendations because the 9 and 10 values are massive even for commons. it makes my grading recommendations fairly worthless because I have to scroll through many pages to hit a modern card.
