Cards Not Saving
I'm finding that on at least some of the newer sets i.e... baseball, football, basketball cards are not saving. I've entered a card into my collection and then when I go to add another later on it shows it not in my collection. The last card that did this was 2026 Topps Baseball Greatest Hits Shohei Ohtani GH-17.
Sorry for any problem. How are you adding the item to your collection? If you can take a screenshot of the page you are seeing when you add to your collection then I can look into this more and see what is going on.
