Allow sellers to offer a multi-card discount

When buyers purchase more than one card it would make sense for us sellers to offer a discount of 25 to 50 cents per card if we can fit them in the same envelope. I can mail up to four cards per envelope without going over my weight limit and postage increasing so I would offer $0.50 off each additional card up to four.
