Website top header/menu

It would be nice if the header with the logo/menu were sticky (also called a fixed menu or persistent navigation) -- the type of navigation bar that stays visible at the top or side of the screen while a user scrolls through a webpage. That way once they have completed a task, they don't have to scroll back up to get to the menu again, it's right there
