Possible Bug: Can't add or replace pictures in Baseball Cards

System appears to have developed a bug. When you click on the pencil on current image or the No Image available notice the system takes you to the normal page for changing or adding your picture. However, there is no longer a button to download the picture file.  System gives you the update value button, but you can't update without adding a file.
