When I try adding a missing eBay sale (example 406631872722), there are times when I have to add it multiple times. There are instances where I try to add a sale that you already know about, and then there are cases where I've added the a missing sale and it's somehow deleted or dropped from your system. I then try adding it again, and again, and again.
Sorry for any problem. We run some checks on the submitted sales to make sure they are valid (should be added). In your example, the card was signed. We do not track cards that were signed after production. We only track cards signed out of the package (at the factory). So that example sale was not added to our system.
In terms of sales added but then removed. Those are probably flagged for review by users. They might have reported the sale and want us to review it. After we review it, the sale will be added again if it is a valid sale for the item.
